Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on February 21, 2019 found that Lorimar Home Care had corrected the deficiency cited under Title 28 Health and Safety Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H. Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on February 5, 2019.
